777ub Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document. Understanding them helps you read these Terms clearly and without ambiguity.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 777ub account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 777ub does not knowingly permit minors to use the platform. If we discover that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is lawful and permitted. It is your responsibility to verify whether using 777ub is legal in your location before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from online gambling through any national or platform-level exclusion programme. If you are currently self-excluded and register with 777ub, your account may be closed and your deposits returned at 777ub's discretion.
• You must register as an individual acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of a third party, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration. 777ub reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend accounts where information is found to be false or misleading.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active 777ub account. If you have previously held a 777ub account that was closed or suspended, you must not open a new account without first contacting 777ub support at support@777ub.app. Violation of the one-account policy may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ub username and password. 777ub will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact 777ub support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Do not share your login credentials with family members, friends, or any third party.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

777ub is required by Philippine gaming regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g. PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID), proof of address, and payment method verification at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on 777ub are accepted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) only. The following payment methods are currently accepted: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100. 777ub does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are credited to your 777ub account immediately in most cases. For bank transfer methods (InstaPay/PESONet), processing may take up to 30 minutes depending on interbank processing times.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. 777ub does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Within 5 minutes of approval during operating hours.
• GrabPay and Coins.ph: Within 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet): Within 1–4 business hours.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification, your deposited funds must have been wagered at least once (at odds of at least 1.50 for sports bets), and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met or the bonus must have been forfeited. 777ub reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts under review for suspected fraud or policy violation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses offered by 777ub — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards — are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions published with each promotion. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine-resident players aged 18 and over only.
• Only one active bonus can be applied to your account at a time unless 777ub states otherwise.
• 777ub reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed by a player.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are held separately from real money funds and can only be withdrawn after wagering requirements are met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus issued by 777ub carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 30x means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times). The specific requirement for each promotion is displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Wagers placed on certain game types may not contribute equally to wagering requirements — for example, on many promotions, slots contribute 100% while table games contribute at a lower rate. Full contribution percentages are published on each individual promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on 777ub have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed by the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are shown on each promotion and start from the date the bonus is credited to your account.

5.4 Referral & Loyalty Bonuses

777ub may offer referral bonuses for introducing new players to the platform, and loyalty rewards for consistent play over time. These are subject to their own specific terms and will be communicated clearly when offered. Abuse of referral systems — such as referring yourself using different personal details — constitutes a policy violation and will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All bets placed on the 777ub sportsbook are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These rules cover match abandonment, postponements, walkovers, rule-4 deductions (where applicable), and the treatment of incomplete events. • Bets confirmed by the 777ub system are binding. Players cannot cancel or amend confirmed bets except through the Cash Out function where available.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet is confirmed, subject to any price change that occurs between the player initiating the bet and the system confirming it. If odds change materially before confirmation, you will be notified and can accept or decline the new price.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault), 777ub reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per day are subject to limits set by 777ub and communicated in the product section. These limits exist to manage exposure and are applied consistently across all players.

6.2 Casino & Slots Rules

Games on the 777ub casino platform — including JILI Slots, Roulette, Poker, and Color Game — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and/or live dealer feeds. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available within the game interface. 777ub does not control RNG outcomes and cannot influence the result of any individual game round.

6.3 In-Play Betting

Live or in-play betting is subject to the same sportsbook rules as pre-match betting, with the additional condition that bets placed during play are confirmed based on the state of the event at the precise moment the bet is accepted by the system — not the moment the player initiates the bet. Brief delays in live feeds may mean the event state you see on screen differs slightly from the state on which your bet is confirmed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777ub. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and identity theft — using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access or fund a 777ub account.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotion mechanics through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns designed to eliminate risk, or any other method intended to claim bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Chip dumping and collusion — in poker and other multi-player games, deliberately losing to another player to transfer chips, or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing and insider information — placing bets using information not publicly available, or on events that have been or are suspected to have been manipulated.
• Automated betting tools — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, exploit system behaviour, or access 777ub's platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Money laundering — using 777ub to process funds derived from illegal activity. 777ub is required by Philippine law to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage gambling — attempting to register or play on 777ub while under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

777ub takes responsible gaming seriously — not as a compliance checkbox, but as a core commitment to the well-being of every Filipino player on the platform. Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment. They carry real financial risk and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

8.1 Tools Available to All Players

Every 777ub player has access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost and at any time through their account settings:

10. Limitation of Liability

777ub is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, power outages, or device malfunctions beyond 777ub's reasonable control.
• Errors in betting selections made by the player, including incorrect bet type, amount, or event selection.
• Failure to receive promotional offers due to eligibility conditions not being met.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your 777ub account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being complete. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.

11.2 Termination by 777ub

777ub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, money laundering, or collusive activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• The player provides false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Regulatory requirements compel account suspension or closure.

In the event of termination for cause (breach of terms), 777ub reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit balances in full.

12. Changes to These Terms

777ub reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777ub will notify active players via the email address registered to their account and display an in-platform notification for a minimum of 14 days before the updated terms take effect.

If you continue to use 777ub after updated Terms take effect, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is shown at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

777ub operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
